Deshalb ist es so wichtig, klare formulierte Gleichstellungspl\u00e4ne als Institution zu haben und genau zu \u00fcberwachen, wie diese umgesetzt werden. Frauen sehen sich oft mit Hindernissen konfrontiert, wie z. B. weniger F\u00fchrungsrollen oder ungerechte Behandlung, und diese Pl\u00e4ne helfen, diese strukturellen Problematiken und Hindernisse Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt anzugehen. Indem sie genau beobachten, wie gut diese Pl\u00e4ne funktionieren, k\u00f6nnen Hochschuleinrichtungen sicherstellen, dass sie echte Fortschritte machen und ein Umfeld schaffen, in dem alle, unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrem Geschlecht, erfolgreich sein und etwas bewirken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>PRO-GENDERING<\/strong> (PROmoting Gender mainstrEaming iN acaDemia through thE enhancement of gendeR equalIty and iNclusion in hiGher education) ist ein Erasmus+ Projekt, das darauf abzielt, die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter an Universit\u00e4ten und Hochschulen durch die Umsetzung und das Monitoring von Gleichstellungspl\u00e4nen (GEPs) zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">PRO-GENDERING soll das Risiko inaktiver und\/oder ineffizienter Gleichstellungspl\u00e4ne verringern und einen strukturellen und kulturellen Wandel an den Hochschulen in Bezug auf die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter erleichtern, indem es die F\u00e4higkeit des Hochschulsektors zur Umsetzung und \u00dcberwachung\/Bewertung der Gleichstellungspl\u00e4ne verbessert.
