Vrouwen worden vaak geconfronteerd met obstakels zoals minder toegang tot leidinggevende functies of oneerlijke behandeling, en deze plannen helpen stap voor stap deze problemen aan te pakken. Door nauwlettend in de gaten te houden hoe goed deze plannen werken, kunnen onderwijsinstellingen ervoor zorgen dat ze daadwerkelijk vooruitgang boeken en een omgeving cre\u00ebren waar iedereen, ongeacht hun geslacht, succesvol kan zijn en een verschil kan maken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRO-GENDERING<\/strong> (PROmoting Gender mainstreaming iN academia through the enhancement of gendeR equalIty and iNclusion in hiGher education) is een Erasmus+ project dat ernaar streeft om een meer gendergelijk hoger onderwijs te ondersteunen door middel van de implementatie en monitoring van Gendergelijkheidsplannen (\u201cGender Equality Plans\u201d of GEP\u2019s).<\/p>\n<p>PRO-GENDERING streeft ernaar het risico van inactieve en ineffici\u00ebnte Gendergelijkheidsplannen aan te pakken en structurele en culturele verandering te bevorderen bij instellingen voor hoger onderwijs op het gebied van gendergelijkheid, door de capaciteit van het hoger onderwijs te vergroten om GEP&#8217;s te implementeren en te monitoren\/evalueren. Studenten zullen vanaf het begin van het project een belangrijke rol spelen, wat niet alleen zal leiden tot verbetering van hun zelfbewustzijn over het onderwerp, maar ook tot een academische gemeenschap die meer inclusief, divers en verandering van onderaf omarmt.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
